Refund and Returns Policy

Warranty And Voids

All our Battery Brands refer to manufacturers warranty conditions of product purchased.

We only replace items if they are defective according to the manufacturer guide lines.

Voids

Charging system malfunction (low voltage or high voltage) Low charge cause battery sulphating (10 volt and under) whilst high voltage cook the internal part of battery

Repeated deep discharge (heavy accessories load, lights, etc..)

Prolonged storage of the vehicle or minima use, battery will generally sulphate (drop below 10 volt) and will most likely not recover to its full charge.

Electrical fault(short circuit, excessive loads)

Any battery additives, lead terminal changes or any other contamination

Physical damage or abuse by the customer

Returns and Refunds

Sale or special order products cannot be refunded.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original status (not used)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Once your return is received and inspected,  We notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
